We don't ask for more data than needed or use it for other purposes. We don't make automated decisions or build profiles.
3. Newsletter on Substack
The newsletter is sent with Substack (Substack Inc., United States). The signup form on this website is Substack's own and only loads if you click "Subscribe to the newsletter"; until then, no data is sent to Substack. When you subscribe, Substack processes your email to manage your subscription and send you the newsletter, under its own privacy policy.
4. Legal basis
- Newsletter and money coffee: your consent, given when you subscribe or book, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Browsing statistics: Simple Analytics uses no cookies and collects no personal data, so no consent is needed.
5. How long we keep data
- Newsletter: for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Money coffee: as long as needed to manage the session and any follow-up questions, then for the periods required by law.
6. Providers and recipients
We never sell or share your data, except where required by law. We use these providers:

7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to Tension Studio SL, Avenida de Francia 153, Valencia (Spain) and stating which right you want to exercise. 9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly process their data.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole website. We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
